Bad service bad cars always over heat Land Rover DEFFENDER EVERY TIME CHARGE 300$ for check . 2k and up for fixed and part small pipe 🤔

Very disappointed with the service. The pricing was extremely overpriced for the level of work provided. The total bill came out to $1,258, and out of that, $1,044 was labor alone — which is hard to justify considering it was only a filter and fluid change. Not everything on the vehicle was properly checked, and the car wasn’t even cleaned when returned. The biggest issue is that the engine shakes so badly that the whole car vibrates, and I was told this is “normal.” This is a Range Rover that is still under warranty, so that explanation is completely unacceptable. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, they brushed it off and acted like nothing was wrong. I also own a BMW, and the difference in service is night and day. BMW addresses issues ahead of time, communicates professionally, and actually makes customers feel taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here at all. For the amount charged, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and actual solutions — not excuses. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I stopped using this service center a few years ago after several consistently bad experiences. The current ratings and recent 5-star reviews don’t reflect what I dealt with. When I looked closer, many of the accounts leaving glowing reviews have very limited review history. I suspect they hired a online reputation firm. Worth digging into reviews on other platforms like Yelp and asking around before deciding to service your car here.
